During our work party on 7th August we were pleased to welcome lots of visitors to the station, many of whom stopped for a chat, a cup of tea and a slice of home-made cake. One job was to reposition the replica totem name board, which had been away for a repaint, back in place on the wall of the ‘up’ platform station building. We also took delivery of our latest picnic table which had kindly been made by the Knowles family using items donated by Linden Homes and Bradfords Building Supplies. Thanks guys – a superb effort!
